Free Complaint Letters

Within this section there are a number of precedent letters or documents that may be useful to getting your claim started.

You should note that the contents and laws stated within the letters were correct at the time they were created. You should always check laws to see if they have been amended. Using Precedent Letters from whatever source is no substitute for firm legal advice and assistance. Please note the contents of the Legal Notice at the bottom of this page.

It is recommended that you use these letters only to get started or to help you if you encounter a problem in resort. When you consider that you have reached a point where no further progress is being made, or you do not know how to deal with or answer a particular problem, you should obtain advices immediately either from this organisation or from specialist legal advice.

Please note these letters are copyrighted. They are only intended for the use of an individual holidaymaker seeking to resolve his holiday problem. These letters must not be reproduced, in any form, nor placed within any forum or in any other form without the express written permission of HolidayTravelWatch. Permission on their use is only extended to the individual holidaymaker or independent traveller seeking to resolve their complaints with a tour operator or travel provider. We would ask you to note the contents of the Legal Notice at the bottom of this page.
